Overview:
The phone system now has multiple PIN options for services included with the Telephone Service Upgrade (TSU).

Voicemail PIN:
This PIN will allow you to access your voicemail box to listen to voice messages and make changes to make changes on voicemail preferences. When a phone number is assigned to you, customers will receive an email with the voicemail PIN provide. If you have forgotten your voicemail PIN, please contact your TSP or Sysad. As a reminder, your voicemail PIN will be a combination of six numerical characters.

Phone Services PIN:
This PIN will be used to connect as the Conference Now Host. This PIN will also be used to log into the Personal Directory along with your NetID. The Phone services PIN can be changed by the customer at the Self Care Portal (https://voice.uidaho.edu/). Once logged into the Self Care Portal, click on the General Settings tab and then change your Phone Services PIN and click Save. As a reminder, this PIN can be anywhere from 1 to 128 numerical characters long.

Conference Now:
Meeting Number
This will be the five digit extension of your university phone number or department line. When connecting to Conference Now, both the host and attendees will need to enter this number to connect to the conference.
Attendees Access Code
This will by default be the 5-digit extension of your university phone number or department line. This can be changed by the customer at the Self Care Portal (https://voice.uidaho.edu/). Once logged into the Self Care Portal, click on the General Settings tab and then change your Attendee Access Code PIN and click Save. As a reminder, the Attendee Access Code can be 3 to 10 digits long and can only contain numbers, no spaces, letters or special characters.

International Access Code:
This PIN will allow you to make international calls from your office phone. International Dialing is not setup by default, you will need to contact your TSP or Sysad and request an international access code. The ITS phones team will enable international calling and provide you with a unique international access code.
