If so, request your transcripts from the Registrar's Office.
Or, were you enrolled in a PD course after January 1, 2024?
Keep Learning Idaho Transcripts for Professional Development courses are considered Official Transcripts from the University of Idaho and have been approved by the Idaho State Department of Education.
To download your course transcript, login to Keep Learning Idaho:

Go to https://keeplearning.uidaho.edu
Click Login, then Student Login.

Once you have logged in to your Student Profile, click on My Enrollment History then the Completed tab.
Clicking on the Print Transcript button will download a PDF copy of your transcript.
- DOWNLOAD COURSE COMPLETION RECORD
Once you have logged in, click on My Enrollment History then the Completed tab.
Clicking on the Print button next to individual courses to print or download a confirmation of completion, statement of grade, or confirmation of acceptance and registration report.

Keep Learning Idaho Transcripts for Professional Development courses are considered Official Transcripts from the University of Idaho and have been approved by the Idaho State Department of Education.
To request that your course transcripts be mailed to your desired address login to Keep Learning Idaho:
Note transcripts can take up to TWO weeks to process.

Click Login, then Student Login.

- REQUEST TRANSCRIPT
Once you have logged in, click on Transcript Request.
Click Add to Cart.
Fill in the number of desired copies, the shipping address, and your course number(s).
Click Add to Cart again.
Click Checkout.

An email service is not currently available for Keep Learning Idaho course transcripts. You can however download transcript PDF (see help above) and email it yourself, or request that a transcript be mailed (see help above) to the destination of your choice.
Independent Study in Idaho Courses
Unofficial Transcript for Enrollment Verification
Did you start your ISI course before May 7, 2025?
If so, request your unofficial transcripts from the Registrar's Office.
Or, did you start your ISI course on or after May 7, 2025?
Final grades are posted to Keep Learning up to a week after you complete your ISI course. To download a PDF transcript that may be used for Course Enrollment Verification login to Keep Learning Idaho:

Once you have logged in, click on My Enrollment History
For past enrollments click the Completed tab, then click Print Transcript to download your entire Keep Learning transcript, or click Print next to a specific course to download a confirmation of completion, statement of grade, or confirmation of acceptance and registration report.

Once you have logged in, click on My Enrollment History
For current enrollments click Print next to your course, then choose Confirmation of Acceptance and Registration report.

Transcript FAQ
Not seeing a grade?
If you do not see anything or are missing courses in your Completed Courses there are a couple of possibilities:
- The grades may not have been finalized yet. Contact your instructor to confirm. Once grades are finalized, they will move from the Enrolled Tab into the Completed tab and show a final grade on your transcript.
- Confirm that you're logging in with the same email account that you registered for the course with.
- Transcripts for Professional Development credits received before January 1, 2024, must be requested through the Registrar's Office. To request a transcript, please visit the Registrar's Office Transcript site.
- Official transcripts for Independent Study in Idaho credits must be requested through the courses sponsoring institution. To request a transcript, please visit the ISI's Policy page (scroll to the bottom).
Are these transcripts FREE?
Yes, transcripts downloaded from Keep Learning Idaho are free and available when your grade is submitted.
Do these transcripts show degree-seeking courses?
It depends on the course you're taking.
If you're taking an Independent Study in Idaho course, then it may be degree-seeking. However, Keep Learning transcripts are considered "unofficial" transcripts for ISI students. To request an "official" transcript for ISI courses you must contact the courses sponsoring institution. Please visit the ISI's Policy page (scroll to the bottom) to learn more.
Other courses such as Professional Development courses taken through Keep Learning Will NOT reflect undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking courses. However, the Keep Learning Transcript is an "official" transcript for state teacher certification purposes.
