How to email your students

  1. LOGIN

    To access the Instructor Portal, go to https://keeplearning.uidaho.edu by clicking Login then Instructor Login.

  2. COURSE LIST

    From the instructor profile menu, click Courses and then select your course.


    You can send emails from Modern Campus to all students on your class list or selected students. Use the checkboxes next to each name to select your students. Use Email the buttons at the bottom of the class list. Emails will go to the student's Keep Learning account email address.

    Please note, emails sent through the instructor portal are saved in the system and can be viewed by administrators.
  3. SEND EMAIL

    ​​​The “From & Reply To” email addresses default to a system email and your UIdaho email, respectively. You are able to change these if you would like.
