ATTENTION: Most courses do not have a "certificate" associated with them, however, all completed courses provide students a COURSE TRANSCRIPT. If your instructor indicates your course has a downloadable certificate, see the help below.
NOTE: Instructor must enter FINAL GRADES for certificates to be accessible.

- DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE
- Once you have logged in, click on My Certificates and Designations.
- Click Print Certificate button next to course.
- From here you can either print or download the PDF provided.
If you don't see your expected certificate, check the alternate download method below.
- ALTERNATE METHOD - DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE
- Once you have logged in, click on My Enrollment History, click Completed tab.
- Click Print button next to course.
- Under Choose Report, select Course Certificate Completion.
- From here you can either print or download the PDF provided.
If you don't see your expected certificate, contact your course instructor.
