Mobile App Support

Information Technology Services provides administrative support for mobile applications whether they be vendor-delivered or developed internally. Apps can be designed either for iOS, Android, or both. Our service is specifically intended for university entities interested in registering their applications in one or both app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play).

This service supports initial app registration, administration of app updates, some limited troubleshooting, and other support as needed. It will be the responsibility of the app owner to coordinate changes and resolution of issues with the entity that developed the app.

The process of registering an app in the app stores can take 2-3 weeks, or more if the app is initially rejected.  We advise submitting a request well in advance of the required implementation date.
