Description:
ITS provides training on many of the systems it supports. Theses trainings can be in-house or virtual, depending on the needs of the training session. Common trainings include but are not limited to:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Tech Support Portal (TeamDynamix)
- FERPA (Special training required before access will be granted to ITS systems)
- Network Management System (NMS)
- Toolbox (ITS Account Mangment System)
