Reset Vandal Account Password

 You can reset your password 24 / 7 by using our Password Self-Service tool.

Remember, after you change your password, you will need to remove and re-add the AirVandalGold network on any devices that you connect wirelessly to the University network, including phones, tablets, and laptops. You will need to go to the wireless settings page to have your device "forget" or "remove saved network" for AirVandalGold. You also need to update your password on any browser (not recommended to do this) and software that stores your password (like email on your smart phone).

If you are unable to use the Self-Service tool and no longer know your credentials or if you are locked out-- click on the Request Service button to get help. This applies to any of the following type of accounts:

  • @uidaho.edu
  • @vandals.uidaho.edu
  • @gold.uidaho.edu
  • @alumni.uidaho.edu

Your Vandal Account credentials may provide access to the following services:

  • BBLearn
  • VandalWeb
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • University-owned Computers
  • Administrative Programs
    • Banner
    • PeopleAdmin
    • Argos/Evision
    • R25

Access to services is dependent on account type.
