Optoma ZH520 DLP Projector

Overview

This article describes the basic setup and use of the Optoma 520 DLP projector.  Information from the Quick User Guide.  The full guide can be downloaded here Optoma User Manual.

Setup

1. Connect a HDMI cable to the projector’s HDMI input port and the laptops HDMI port. 
2. Next connect the power cable to the projector, then connect to the outlet. 
3. Power on the projector using the Power button on the top of the projector or use the power button on the remote. 
4. Adjust the Zoom and Focus.

Shutdown Warning

• Power down the projector using the power button before disconnecting the power. 

• The lamp gets very hot and should have time to cool down before stowing away.
