- Application Status
- Check the status of your graduation application (e.g., Submitted, In Review, Approved)
- See if any steps are incomplete or if additional documents are needed
- Confirm your expected graduation term and degree program
- Important: You must submit your graduation application through the Apply to Graduate card before you can track your status here.
- Ceremony RSVP
- Submit your intent to participate in the graduation ceremony
- Provide or confirm your phonetic name pronunciation for commencement
- Request accommodation needs for you or your guests
- Indicate number of guests attending (as required)
- Receive updates about cap and gown pickup, photo ops, and event details
Additional Information
- Accessing the Card:
Click the Graduation Information card from your MyUI dashboard. Links open in a new tab and redirect you to Banner Self-Service where RSVP and status information are housed.
- Who Can Use It:
Any undergraduate, graduate, or professional student who has submitted a graduation application for an upcoming term.
- You Cannot:
- Submit a new graduation application from this card
- Update your address for diploma mailing (use the “Student Profile” or VandalWeb)
