The Employee Development card gives University of Idaho employees access to professional development tools and required compliance training. It connects directly to the university’s learning platform, Bridge@UofI.
Features / Actions
- Click the Bridge@UofI link to:
- Explore available learning modules in the Learning Library
- Enroll in courses and track progress under My Learning
- View scheduled events in the Training Calendar
- Access downloadable resources from the Resource Library
- Export transcripts of completed training
Additional Information
- FERPA training is mandatory for all employees who access student information.
- Bridge@UofI may include courses on workplace safety, Title IX, communication skills, and supervisory training.
- Completed modules appear in your Bridge transcript, and you may print or export them for HR or compliance records.
- For issues with either platform, contact the HR training office or University IT Support.
