How to order a transcript as a student or alumni?

In-Person Request

Unofficial Transcript via MyUI (Current Students)

• Go to MyUI, the University of Idaho's online portal.

• Once logged in, look for the "Student Profile" section in the "Student Self-Service" tab.

• Click on "Unofficial Transcript".

• Follow the prompts to select the type of transcript and the transcript level.

Request via Mail (For Alumni or Those Who Can't Access MyUI)

• Go to the University of Idaho Registrar's Transcript Request page.

• Complete the form with your personal details.

• Submit the the completed form online, or mail/fax it to the University of Idaho Registrar’s Office.

In-Person Request

• If you’re located near campus, you can also request your transcript directly at the Registrar’s Office in Moscow, Idaho. They are located in the Bruce M. Pitman Center

Processing Time and Fees

• Official transcripts typically cost around $12.50 per copy.

• Processing times can vary, but expect around 1–3 business days for electronic transcripts and 5–7 business days for paper ones.
