Overview
The Provost Faculty Salary Agreement is used to reappoint faculty members on an annual basis
This form is available to All University of Idaho Employees, but will only work for eligible faculty.
Form
- Required autopopulated fields include:
- Name

- Faculty Annual Base Salary
- Administrative Increment
- Total Salary
- Contract will also display (if applicable)
- Appointment Contingencies for 1 or more appointments
- Deferred Pay election
- Radial Button
- Approve Contract
- Decline Contract
- Explanation of why the form is being declined.
Workflow
The Approval Workflow Consists of the following steps:
- If form is approved, it is filed to content and Faculty member is provided an email notification with link to download completed form as a pdf
- If declined, form is sent to Provost Office for review
- Form can be returned to Faculty member for approval
- Form can be cancelled, and a manual form can be generated with correct information
Document Storage
The final document is stored in Etrieve Content.
