Overview
Employees are required to complete the All Employee Required Training (AERT) assigned to them through Bridge@UofI for mandatory compliance with FSH 3185. If this training is not completed, their employee account access will be restricted.
When the required training due date is pending, employees will be required to review and agree to the "Terms of Use - All Employee Required Training" document during Single Sign-On (SSO). This document will be displayed once every 24 hours until the training has been completed. The document contains a link to complete the training at https://uidaho.bridgeapp.com/.
Expand the Terms of Use to review the document.
Review the document and click on the Bridge@UofI link to open the training in a new window. Click on Accept to continue SSO.
Increased Sign-in Frequency
There may also be an increase in required sign-ins. This message is displayed when a sign-in is required to review the training document.
Applications, like Microsoft Teams, may also display more frequent sign-in requirements until the training is completed.
When the required training is in an overdue status, the account will be blocked from accessing any service until training is completed at https://uidaho.bridgeapp.com/.
