How to access and view OneDrive storage metrics?

Step-by-step guide to access and view one's OneDrive Storage Metrics.

• Navigate to OneDrive in a Browser
• Open up OneDrive settings
• Navigate to Storage Metrics
• View your OneDrive Storage Metrics

Navigate to OneDrive in a Browser

Start by going to onedrive.uidaho.edu in a web browser such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

Open up OneDrive settings

Step 1: Select & click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the window to open up the Settings pop-up window.

Step 2: Select & click on the link for "OneDrive settings"

Navigate to Storage Metrics

Step 1: Select & click on the "More Settings" link with the gear icon in the top-left column of the window to open up the More Settings page.

Step 2: Select & click on the link titled "Storage Metrics" under the "Features and storage" section

View your OneDrive Storage Metrics

Now you can view the contents of your OneDrive and how much space the folders are taking up.
