Overview
The Employee Self-Service card provides University of Idaho employees with online tools to manage their work-related records, time tracking, and personal employment information.

- Employee Dashboard
- Central hub for managing personal and employment information.
- Key Functions:
- View and update personal contact details.
- Access pay stubs, tax forms, and benefits information.
- Track leave balances and request time off.
- Review position and appointment details.
- Web Time Entry
- Online system for entering and submitting employee work hours for payroll processing.
- Key Functions:
- Enter daily or weekly work hours.
- Submit time for supervisor approval.
- View past timesheets and payment history.
- Clicking the link opens the Web Time Entry application in the Banner Employee Self-Service dashboard.
Additional Information
- Available to all active University of Idaho employees, including student employees, staff, and faculty.
- Access requires a valid UI account login.
