Overview
The MyUI Support Request Card allowed users to create MyUI support tickets from within the MyUI application. It has been disabled for the foreseeable future.
Features / Actions
- Create a new support request
- Link to "My Tickets" in the University support portal (TeamDynamix) to view all tickets opened by the user
Additional Information
- A minimum of 2 characters must be entered to submit a support request
- The 'Submit' button will be disabled until this requirement is met
- Upon clicking "My Tickets" (or "View My Tickets" after clicking Submit), if the subsequent page does not display tickets created via this card, verify the box "Include requests that I am listed on as a contact" is checked.
