Fulfill, Cancel, or Refund Order

FulFill Order

Note: If you set your products to auto-fulfill, this step is not required.

  1. Login to TouchNet https://secure.touchnet.net/central
  2. Under Applications, select Marketplace
  3. Expand your store settings from the menu on the left
  4. Click Fulfill Orders
  5. Select the Order to be canceled/modified
  6. Click Process Fulfillment

Cancel Order

A TouchNet user with Store Manager or Fulfill/Refund/Cancel rights may cancel an order payment. NOTE: If Auto-fulfill is enabled in the product settings a purchase "Cancel" must be done the same day as the purchase, otherwise you must refund the purchase (or contact ar-coursefees@uidaho.edu to refund it).

  1. Login to TouchNet https://secure.touchnet.net/central
  2. Under Applications, select Marketplace
  3. Expand your store settings from the menu on the left
  4. Click Fulfill Orders
  5. Select the Order to be canceled/modified
  6. Click Process Fulfillment
  7. Set quantity of order to ZERO (or just a lower value to discount the amount charged)
  8. Press the Update Quantity button

Refund Payment

A TouchNet user with Store Manager or Fulfill/Refund/Cancel rights may refund order payments:

  1. Login to TouchNet https://secure.touchnet.net/central
  2. Under Applications, select Marketplace
  3. Expand your store settings from the menu on the left
  4. Click Fulfill Orders
  5. Search for the Order # to be refunded (you can also search by date range)
  6. Under Action column, click View
  7. Under Process Refund, either enter a dollar amount, or set a "New Quantity to Return" (e.g., if customer needs one item returned, set "New Quantity to Return" to 1)
  8. Press Process Refund
