Microsoft Teams Information and FAQ

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration tool which works as a hub for all your Office 365 resources.  You are able to work on documents concurrently in a cloud based environment while communicating directly with your team using chat, audio or video.

On University managed computers Teams maybe already installed.  If you do not see Teams installed open Sofware Center and select Teams to start the installation. On macOS, go to Self Service to start the installation.

Teams is also available directly online by going to https://office.uidaho.edu and logging in with your University email address.  Once you are logged in click on the Teams icon.

To have a Team created in Teams, contact your Local Support team for assistance by submitting a request at Software Request.
