Technical Support Services (TSS)

What services do we provide?
The TSS team specializes in providing quality service and solutions to the faculty and staff users of any University of Idaho owned computer system. Below is a list of a few of the many services we provide:

  • Assistance in the purchasing and setup of standardized computer systems
  • Installation of new hardware or software
  • Printer configuration and troubleshooting
  • Configuration of Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems
  • Installation and configuration of network cards for connectivity
  • Troubleshooting of network, connectivity, application, or other general computer problems.

How do I set up an appointment?
To set up an appointment please contact the ITS Help Desk at 208-885-HELP (4357) or, you may submit a service request online and a technician will contact you to schedule an appointment.
