If you are a Quarantine Digest user you may add sender e-mail addresses to your safe or blocked senders lists. The safe senders list forces all messages received from that address to have a spam score of zero. This means they will never be filtered as spam on the system. The blocked senders list causes all messages from that address to be marked with a spam score of 100. This causes the message to be filtered.
To view your safe and blocked senders list click on the “Manage Safe/Blocked Senders List” from your Quarantine Digest message. This will bring up the following web page which allows you to add and remove addresses from both lists.
