Microsoft Software The University of Idaho has a
campus agreement with Microsoft to provide copies of Office 2007
and Windows XP Professional for all campus computers, full-time
board-appointed employees and enrolled students. To
download the software please login to the e-Support web page at
http://support.uidaho.edu/.

Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition To download Symantec you must purchase it on the ITS Account Management web page located at http://support.uidaho.edu/
VPN Client Software The VPN Client software allows secure encrypted
network connections directly to the University network. Please only
install this software if you are instructed to do so. Access to the VPN
server is restricted.
Novell Client Novell client software is used to connect to the ITS Novell Netware servers (H: drive and network printer access). Please select the appropriate option for your operating system.

Brio Insight Brio Insight is a client-side tool needed for executing
queries from the Brio On-Demand Server. In order to successfully execute queries
using this tool, an account must be requested for, and created on, the Brio
On-Demand Server.
Oracle Instant Client Oracle Instant Client software with ODBC and
SQL*Plus.
Secure Shell (ssh) Client SSH is required to connect to all ITS Unix servers. The SSH protocol encrypts all network communication between the client and server. If you require quick access to the Unix servers and have a java enabled web browser you may visit this page.
