The ITS OnSite Team specializes in providing quality service and solutions to the faculty and staff users of any University of Idaho owned computer system. Below is a list of a few of the many services we provide:
  1. Setup of new computers
  2. Installation of new hardware or software
  3. Printer configuration and troubleshooting
  4. Configuration of Windows 98, Windows 2000/XP, and Macintosh 9.x and 10.x Operating Systems
  5. Installation and configuration of modems or network interface cards for connectivity
  6. Troubleshooting of network, connectivity, application, or other general computer problems.

Service Charges
The OnSite Support Team has a minimum service charge of $50.00. Longer projects are billed in one hour increments at the same rate of $50.00/hour. All charges are billed directly to your department's budget. We will gladly furnish a receipt upon request.
