Please Note: Your iPhone or iPod Touch must have version 2.0 or higher.  To determine your version, touch Settings, touch General, touch About and confirm your version.  Continue with the VandalMail Live setup instructions below if your device has version 2.0 or higher.

1. Select Settings from your home screen. (See Figure 1)

2. Touch Mail, Contacts, Calendars. (See Figure 2)

3. Touch Add Account.

4. Touch Other. (See Figure 3)

5. Enter your account information. (See Figure 4)

• Name: Joe Vandal
• Address: vand1234@vandals.uidaho.edu
• Password: ●●●●●● (your corresponding email password)

6. Once the device attempts to go online, it will request additional information.  Make sure you select POP and enter your additional account information, mirroring the settings below. (See Figure 5)

• Incoming Mail Server Host Name: pop3.live.com

• Incoming Mail Server User Name: Full email address (i.e. vand1234@vandals.uidaho.edu)

• Outgoing Mail Server Host Name: smtp.live.com

• Outgoing Mail Server User Name: Full email address (i.e. vand1234@vandals.uidaho.edu)

7. Touch Save and verify the account is online by going to the home screen and selecting Mail.
