  Windows is Not Connecting to Wireless After Password Change  

Windows users who can not connect to AirVandalGold wireless network after a password change.

1. Once you have changed your password you will need to restart your computer.

2. Once your computer is up and running a tool tip bubble should appear near the wireless icon in you taskbar. Click on the tool tip bubble to bring up the window to enter your credentials.

2. When the Enter Credentials window appears you will need to enter your University password (this is the password you use to log onto Blackboard and campus computers).
