  Mac is Not Connecting to Wireless After Password Change  

The following instructions are for Macintosh 10.4-10.5 users who cannot connect to AirVandalGold wireless network after a password change.

After you have changed your password on our support site (http://support.uidaho.edu) you will need to change the password used to connect to the AirVandalGold wireless network.

1. At the top of the screen you will need to mouse over your wireless icon and then click 'Turn AirPort Off'.

2. You will then need to repeat step 1 and click Turn AirPort On. The 802.1X Authentication window will pop up asking you to enter your credentials to connect to AirVandalGold. Enter your University username and then your NEW Password and click 'OK'.
