What is support.uidaho.edu?
This site is designed with information to answer some of the most common questions we receive and services offered through your affiliation with the University of Idaho. We have answers to questions like “How do I setup my new computer to AirVandalGold?” or “How do I download and use the VPN?”  You can also find links to software downloads and general security protocol and so much more! Simply navigate the site using the menubar at the top or use the search feature to find answers easily.

ITS offers many services to students faculty and staff, with locations across campus or departmental in-office support.

Question markHelp Desk
Help Desk services are centrally located around campus to aid students, faculty and staff with their basic technology needs. We can answer questions you may have about the network, account setup, student or employee email and more. Stop by, call or email us with your questions!

Technical Support Services (TSS)
TSS is a fee-based service provided to University departments (sorry students!) who may need more advanced technical assistance on-site. TSS can troubleshoot your network problems, install software, or assist with the purchase and setup of a new computer. Request an appointment online and TSS staff will contact you t0 schedule an appointment.

Student Labs
With over 15 labs located on campus, many with late hours, and one even open 23 hours every day, students have access to software and printing capabilities at almost any time of day.
